Resolved - The issue affecting online payments has been resolved. Our monitoring confirms that Payabli, our payment processing service provider, has returned to normal, and payment activity is back to normal.

Update - CINC continues to report a service disruption, and features tied to CINC, such as accounting information, are still experiencing degraded performance in SnapHOA - Management and the Resident Portal. CINC has not yet shared new information or reported that the issue has been resolved.

We are continuing to monitor CINC's status page and will provide another update when CINC shares new information or reports that the issue has been resolved. If this is not resolved by the end of the day, we will send another update tomorrow.

Update - The root cause of the issue has been resolved, however getting our systems fully operational is taking longer than expected. We will be working throughout the day to ensure systems are operations.

Identified - Our Data Center partner has identified the issue and is actively working on restoration. We do not have an ETA on restoration. Once that is made available, or upon resolution, we will send another update.
