Resolved - Around 9AM, we were made aware that the Action Corporate website (actionlife.com) was inaccessible. The Technology team worked with the web host provider and the issue was resolved by 12:30PM.

Resolved - We are aware that many team members as well as outside recipients received an email that came “from Eric Brunst” and just by looking at it, it would appear legitimate.

This is not a legitimate email. Please do not reply with the email or click on the link. If you have already interacted with the email (by replying to it) and received a response, please stop interacting and delete the email. We will be running a command shortly to automatically delete it from Action mailboxes.

If you clicked on the Preview PDF Here, please make sure that Bitdefender installed on your computer and running in your taskbar. If you do not see the BitDefender icon, please submit a Support Request so that we can get it installed and running.

If an external person reaches out to you regarding the email, please instruct them to delete the email and follow their own procedures for ensuring their computer is protected.

Resolved - We became aware of an issue around 11PM on Monday, September 19th that some team members that use VPN were unable to access shared drives (H, R, T drives) as well as receive a "domain unavailable" message when trying to log on to the computer. The issue was resolved around 2AM.

Scheduled - We will be conducting necessary maintenance on the email server tonight starting at 8PM. The maintenance is anticipated to last no more than 2 hours.

During this maintenance window, some team members will be unable to send/receive email and may receive an error message when Outlook is opened. After the maintenance window is completed, all email that was sent during that time will be delivered.

Investigating - We are aware that team members are experiencing slowness and unresponsiveness in Snap-Management as well as when trying to access the H, R, and T drives.

We are investigating this issue and will provide an update as soon as we have one. You might also notice slowness in other areas as we're investigating.
