HOA Inspection App Notice – Offline Amenity Inspections
Resolved - The concern related to offline Amenity Inspections within the HOA Inspection Mobile App was previously resolved.

Investigating - It was brought to our attention that there is currently an issue affecting offline Amenity Inspections within the HOA Inspection Mobile App.

Our Development team is actively investigating the issue and working toward a resolution.

At this time, if you are performing an Amenity Inspection using the HOA Inspection Mobile App, please ensure you have an active internet connection throughout the inspection process.

We are aware of the issue and will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

VDI Certificate Error
Resolved - The issue has been resolved. If affected you should be able to login now!

Investigating - It has come to our attention that VDI users are experiencing an issue when attempting to make a new connection to the VDI server through their Horizon client. Specifically, they will receive an error that the certificate is invalid.

We are currently investigating the issue and working towards a resolution.

SnapHOA - Management: Notification Delivery Issue
Resolved - The issue affecting the delivery of SnapHOA - Management email and text notifications has been resolved. Notification processing has returned to normal, and messages generated by SnapHOA - Management are now being delivered as expected.

We appreciate your patience while we worked to restore service and apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused.
