Thank you for your continued patience.
Our team has successfully mitigated the primary email delivery issues affecting MSN, Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo addresses as well as addressed the sending delay via the Announcements Feature. To comply with email sending standards and avoid future blocking or blacklisting, this fix requires a gradual “warm-up” approach. As a result, emails may still experience intermittent delays up to but should not be more than one hour. This behavior is expected during the warm-up period and should steadily improve over time.
We have also identified that the increased volume of delayed messages is contributing to slower updates in the “Sent” and “Bounced” reporting. The team is actively investigating this performance issue, and we expect to be approximately two weeks away from fully resolving this slowness.
During this time, team members may continue to see:
• Delays in the “Sent” and “Bounced” analytics for announcements
• Up to one hour delay before announcement emails arrive in residents’ inboxes

Investigating -
We’ve identified an issue where certain resident communications are being delayed or dropped for some MSN, Hotmail, and Yahoo email addresses. Our team is actively investigating the cause and working toward a resolution.
If you’d like to check whether a particular resident is affected, you can do the following:
• For Announcements: Open the Recipients tab of the sent Announcement and look for a status of “Deferred” or “Dropped.”
• For Individually Sent Messages: Navigate to the appropriate Unit Page > Communication > Messages > select the specific Message > open the "Recipients" tab and look for a status of “Deferred” or “Dropped.
