We’re happy to share that the issues impacting our ticketing system, Jira, have been resolved.
A support ticket was submitted to Atlassian, and they have confirmed that the problem has been fully addressed. At this time:
1. All pages and tickets within Jira should load as expected 2. The Help Center is functioning normally 3. New requests can once again be submitted through the Contact Support Link
Please resume using Jira as usual for all IT and Accounting requests.

Update
We are currently aware that our ticketing system, Jira, used by both IT and Accounting, is experiencing some problems. For team members working within Jira, this has manifested into several error messages with pages or tickets not loading.
We are also aware that our Help Center, may not allow the submission of new requests. At this time, please submit any new requests for Accounting and/or IT using the emails below as a workaround while we investigate the issue.
