Investigating

We have been made aware of an issue affecting the Packages feature within SnapHOA – Management. Currently, the system does not change the status of a package when it is marked as either picked up or delivered.

Our team is actively investigating the issue and working on a resolution. We’ll provide an update as soon as we have more information.
