We are aware of an issue affecting VDI logins. Starting around 10:30 AM, you may see an error when logging in and may not be able to connect to your machine.

If you are already logged in, your session is not affected. Please avoid logging off or disconnecting until we confirm the issue is resolved.

Our team is investigating, and we will send an update as soon as service is restored. If you are unable to log in and need urgent help, please contact the Support.
